Rock Climbing in Romania

Start on crimpy holds, then continue on balance moves on the slabby face. Follow the crack upward and right (crux) to reach the lower-off.

Project. Extension of "Acum Cand ?".

Start from the left end of the cave. The lower-off is just below the visible diagonal crack.

Continuation for another 17m of Burning Legion. Sustained route (linked hard moves).

Short, but steep and technical climb. The name of the route is painted at its base. For shorter climbers the grade might be higher.

The start is a powerful overhanging 8b and the finish is 8a slab face climbing on marginal holds.

Extension on the face above of Use Your Illusions. The grade is also considered to be a hard 8b.

Start directly from the cave, then gain the face and finish in the anchor of the lower part of Use Your Illusions.

You will see the name of the route painted at its base. Crux at the start with powerful moves using an undercling. The upper section is technical face climbing.

Route designed for strong climbers. Shares the lower-off with Vulgar Display of Power.

Long route with a difficult start and another crux just before the lower-off. The grade is considered also a soft 7c .

Overhanging start. Then follows technical climbing on the face. Long and sustained.

Powerful start on crimpy holds, then face climbing on small holds. There is a delicate crux on pockets just before the finish.

Starts just left of Cold Fingers. Those two routes share the upper part.

There are four hard sequences with rest places in-between. The finish has two variations (the left one harder). The grade is also considered a soft 8a.

Start from where the rock is yellow at the base. Climb upwards and left. The route has only one hard move, between the third and fourth bolt. The upper section goes to the lower-off on big holds.

Start on balance moves then continue with long moves on two or three finger pockets (hence the name of the route). The crux is a long reach from a big hole. One last technical move and you reach the lower-off.

Steep face climbing in lower section. The crux is a technical sequence on small edges and slopers. The upper section leads you on long moves to the lower-off.

Very beautiful climb on big holds with technical moves.

Start on a mushroom covered section, then bridge up an open dihedral.
